I am teaching photography… kinda… sorta… or not.  But I did stumble across this. I have a Flickr account and on it one of my pictures was used in a “gallery”. It was simply titled Quiz 1.  I was intrigued and found this in the comments. A guy commented on how he loved the “gallery” and the creator of the gallery replied with this… Thanks. This is for our photography class at our high school, which I teach. Just quizzin’ the students on some of the essential components of composition.  Awww, my photography is being used to teach and quiz high school students on photography. I am flattered and honored. This makes me happy. Unless of course he is using my photo as an example of bad photography. Hmmm??? Maybe not a good thing after all.  This is the photo used.

  1. luciness said: Congrats on your photo being used. I was a professional photog for 20+ years so I’m critiquing it from that viewpoint. Overall the photo is good & positive teaching tool. The lighting is not quite even on the background or the dials. Otherwise really good
